At Rawdius, we work hard to deliver products of elevated design and quality with care and efficiency. However, if you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, you may request a return or replacement by following the process outlined below.


Returns Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

  • The product must be in its original packaging with tags and labels intact.

  • A video of the unboxing (box-opening) must be submitted to us as proof.

  • Requests must be made within 2 days of delivery to support@rawdius.com.


Replacements

  • Products with verified damage or defects will be replaced free of charge.

  • We will process and ship the replacement within 7 working days after approval.


Refunds

  • In case of approved returns, refunds will be credited to the original payment method (online banking, credit card, debit card).

  • Refunds will be initiated after product pickup and quality check.

  • The refund amount will be processed within 10–14 working days.


Return Pickup

  • Approved return pickups will be scheduled within 4–7 working days of your request.


Cancellation Policy

  • We do not accept order cancellations once an order is placed and confirmed, as each piece is custom-made or enters processing immediately.


Refund Policy for Damaged or Missing Items

  • All shipments go through 2 levels of packaging and multiple quality inspections before dispatch.

  • Still, in the rare event of:

    • Transit damage

    • Manufacturing defect

    • Missing items

You must share unboxing images or a video to support@rawdius.com within 24 hours of delivery to be eligible for a replacement or refund.
